Aerobics

Classic aerobics, a combination of high & low moves in a choreographed format. Great music, great fun & an excellent fat burner.

A basic choreographed class with low impact moves.

Teen Aerobics
A choreographed class adapted to suit developing bodies.

Salsacise
Latino dancing for both men and women suitable for all. Improves stamina and great fun.

Step
A mixed impact class, with a varation of intensity and choreography using a step box. This workout is designed to give you a thorough cardiovascular workout and really shape those legs!

Body Sculpt
Designed to change the shape of your body. Combines high repitions weight training with aerobic conditioning; ideal for men & women.

Young @ Heart
A gentle class involving mobility exercises, lo-impact werobics, toning and stretching. Ideal for anyone new or returning back to exercise.

Total Body Works
A class that does exactly what it says works the whole body and is great fun too!

Aquacise
A shallow water workout to music, using webbed gloves, woggles and choreographed routines, ideal for those wanting a low impact class.

Circuits
The class used timed interval stations utilising equipment such as hand weights, dumbbells, skipping ropes, resistance bands etc. Improves muscle strength and cardiovascular well being. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Boot Camp
This unique based workout has been developed to dramatically improve all areas of fitness, boost self-confidence and relieve stress. These sessions are tough enough to challenge even the fittest amongst you.

Pump FX
Pump FX is proven to be ‘the world’s fastest way to get in shape’ by research, which has confirmed higher then expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and ‘wellness’ benefits. It’s a 60-minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.

Spinning
Burn fat fast with this no nonsense class. The group cycling session to music will improve your overall fitness and burn calories like you’ve never done before! Hill climbs and sprints formats will be included.

Legs, Bums & Tums
A class that targets those problem areas by firming and toning the muscles for a sleeker, smoother appearance. Low impact exercise using gravity as the main source of resistance, although light hand weights may be used.

Urban Funk
A selection of ‘street’ workouts set to a diverse mix of club sounds. An aerobic class with a helping of ‘urban’ dance moves. Including hip-hop and salsa. Putting the fun back in to fitness.

Tai Chi
Tai chi consists of sets of slow movements, known as a form. It is an ancient art and practiced for its holistic movements, health and relaxation. Tai chi is accessible to all physical abilities and requires no special equipment; ideally all you need is loose clothing, soft footwear or bare feet.

Yoga & Relaxation
Promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation for the body and incorporates discipline, meditation and peace of mind, Ideal for those new to this form of exercise.

Body Control Pilates – 6 week course
(£ = There will be a small charge)
This original method aims to restore natural, normal movement. It changes muscle recruitment patterns, correcting common imbalances. The repetition of these sound movement patterns will encourage the body to move this way for life. Total beginners, beginners and improvers courses are available.
