I have worked in the fitness industry for 7years. During this time I have worked both in private small health clubs and big chain operators. I have many years of experience in Personal Training clients from University lectures and professionals to house wifes and tradesman. My passion for helping people to achieve a good lifestyle and wellbeing drives me to deliver only the highest level of one-to-one training.
