Food & Beverage Manager

Food & Beverage Manager - Salary Negotiable on experience

As the The F&B Manager you will be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Departments. As The F&B Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are provided and achieved at all times. The Food and Beverage Manager must have experience involving the marketing strategy for the hotel and especially promoting the restaurant and other F&B outlets.

As Food and Beverage Manager you will also deputise for the Hotel Manager in their absence

As the F&B Manager you should have strong leadership qualities, be a good communicator and very ambitious nature. You will always strive to achieve the best in the hotel , staff and the customer service provide.

Required Experience

The ideal F&B Manager will have previous hotel experience.

At least 2- 3 years experience.

Bar Manager

Bar Manager - Salary Negotiable on experience

We are looking for an experienced bar manager to join our team. As bar manager you will oversee the day to day operation of the wet side of this busy property. You must have had experience as a bar manager in a similar quality environment and have a good knowledge and passion for fine wines and beer.

We are looking for someone who has a natural flair with customers who can build a rapport with both repeat business and new clientele. You will be looking to work within this busy hotel looking after 3 very busy bars within the function rooms that can hold over 400 guests.

As Bar Manager you will also be responsible for all bar procedures including ordering and stock takes and all management duties.

Receptionist

We are looking for somebody with the ability to multi task in a very busy environment & excellent attention to detail.

You will be working with the public on a daily basis, face-to-face, and over the phone. Taking Payments, Making reservations, providing an excellent service to the members of our leisure club. Working Knowledge of Medallion extremely desirable.

Role will be 5 Days per week, Rota basis MON-SUN Weekend work included, Early/Late shifts between 7am - 10:30pm so own transport helps.

Female Gym Instructor

We are looking for Female Gym Instructor.

Due to the nature of this role we are looking for a dynamic full time female gym instructor to join our team. You will required to carry out a variety of roles to include:

Gym Inductions, Fitness Classes & Personal Training sessions.

A minimum of Reps level 3 is required. A group exercise qualification & / or a lifeguard qualification is desirable. Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week. Rate of pay is dependant on experience, but the role does carry commission. A female is required due sessions needing to be completed in our female only gym. The Galleon does not discrimate in it's employment policy.

We are looking for experienced Chefs to support the Head Chef in re-launching our restaurant in January 2011.

You will need to be passionately creative and have strong mindset to using local produce with, preferably, experience working with local produce. Must be willing to learn under the wing of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Coffee Shop and Restaurant Staff

We are looking for Coffee Shop and Restaurant Staff to assist in our busy restaurant & bar.

Preferably you will have some experience and you will need to be over 18 as serving alcohol. We are looking for people with bubbly personalities with confidence, a willingness to learn, and able to work as part of a team. You will have experience in either Food Service or Bar Service, or even both. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for extra income!
