By Joining the Galleon you will have made a commitment to your
health, fitness and self-esteem. We will inspire and encourage
you to attain personal goals through our programs specifically
designed for you by qualified and enthusiastic instructors. If
you are a beginner or an expert, A new refreshed programme will
be provided throughout your membership to ensure your goals remain
comfortable yet challenging at all times.
What is involved?
• A fitness consultation
is a general chat about your day to day routine and a discussion
on topics such as;
• How active you are within your daily life i.e. job, hobbies,
sports your currently involved in.
• Your eating habits, weather you drink or smoke.
• Your general health and any medical problems we should be aware
of.
•
Your goals – what would you like to achieve through
using the gym and club.
• Your exercise likes and dislikes.
• A routine will be designed to fit in with your lifestyle.
• Measurements that can be taken are blood pressure, body fat,
lean tissue, water intake, weight and height.
Second Part
This second part involves a instructor taking you around
your personalised exercise programme demonstrating the best
technique,
explaining specific training zones and showing you how hard
you should be working in order for you to gain your results.
Additional Support*
The Galleon offers a wide range of additional support to
all members. A 121 coaching initiative will dramatically
assist any
members who lack in motivation or confidence, this is great
opportunity for beginners.
Also personal training is available for members with a keen
interest in health and more specific concerns, i.e. Sports
specific, motivation,
and advanced training.
